If you are disatisfied with your Bobs Custom Saddle for any reason contact BuyBobs.net within 5 working days of recieving the saddle. We will refund your money, less shipping cost provided the saddle is in the same condition as when it left our store. Any scratches, marks, or discolourations will be charged for accordingly.

The saddle must be mailed prepaid, insured and traceable.
